i did not receive my item from russia, i waited until i had no more time left then filed a claim, ebay decided in my favor....all good until the item arrived....i am on managed payments how do i let ebay know to pay shipper for this auction?  thank you ....b

Message the seller and ask him to send you a paypal invoice so you can repay the refund.  There is no way to do this through managed payments.

the reason i am doing this on ebay like i do is because paypal shut me off years ago, for no reason, no explanation, i could not ebay for those years except have someone else buy for me....and i am not a scammer...what if i arrange to buy something from the seller of equal then pay it, then he can keep the item....or could it be done in a private auction format? thanks for replying...the paypl thing is  a real sore spot with me.  i still cant do things that will allow me to efffetively sell anymore....b

Sorry about that.  You do not need paypal any longer, so I hope you do not give up on selling.

The seller can set up a listing as a service under 'everything else', then you can buy it and pay through eBay checkout. He can just call it repay refund - then no one else will buy it 🙂
