item number does not exist

I need to show to the custom that what I payed through ebay for the item I bought is a real transaction, they doesn´t believe me. So I want to show them the transaction choosing the search by "item number". But I can´t get the info about the recent purchase.

@ericosanti  The item will be in your purchase history if you made the purchase logged in to eBay.

Go here on a computer>  https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase  Click on the down arrow next to See Orders.   Then you can select view order details from next to the item and select printer friendly version that will not have the photo of the item OR take a screen shot so it has the photo of the item.
