ok so I sold an item here on ebay. buyer said usps lost package. i gave him a refund but now where is my item and how do i get it back. and what if the buyer still recives it ?
As posted file a lost package claim, however, if under 21 days you are better off having the package intercepted and returned to you.
Claim only pays after 21 days, so if buyer gets it before then, buyer doesn't have to pay you unless he's honest, so best to try to get the package back, especially if an expensive one.
