A buyer has not received his item.  It has been 35 days since shipped.  Tracking package it says it is still in transit.  Buyer has been very patience.

She has been very patient - she should have opened a not received claim a while ago.

You can file a missing mail report at usps.com, or if sent priority, file an insurance claim, also at usps.com.

If the package can not be found, you owe your buyer a full refund.
