I purchased an item on September 1, 2024 I have yet to receive it and have opened a case and contacted the seller 4 times with no response.
how do I get a refund? I have been gypped and ignored by this seller.

You needed to go back to the case and ask ebay to step in, but you now have waited too long to do this. You now need to open a case through the payment processor.

i am trying but i cannot seem to get anywhere it just keep staking me in circles to contact the seller.
