Recent purchase not received ,usps said delivered,contacted postal inspector who informed me that the item was delivered to a different persons name and different address within my zip code,usps will not provide the specific tracking details for privacy reasons but did send me a letter stating this happened .Am i out of luck?I think the seller is using ebays system to commit fraud.Any advice would be helpful ,
I have appealed and sent the letter to ebay but it seems its all run by get bent Ai.
