Hi!
I ordered an item on December 2 and it was supposed to arrive on December 16 (the latest). The seller is in the UK and I am in the Netherlands.
It's December 17, I am leaving the country for good tomorrow (December 18), the item has not arrived yet and there is no info on the tracking code ().
I tried to contact the seller but ebay asked me to create an account. I create one but there was a bug (I got an error screen that "something went wrong") so could not do anythign else.
I then created a second account (and last because I dont have any other email addresses) but again I got an error.
So now I have two empty (and useless) accounts on ebay, I have paid for an item that I will not receive since I am leaving tomorrow, and I can't reach anyone from ebay to tell me what my options are.
Any ideas? Thanks!
