I've used Ebay for decades, and this is a first for me.
I purchased 2 United lounge passes on Ebay. The listing said they would email me the passes immediately. But nothing came. The seller is ghosting me. I try to report that my package didn't arrive, and Ebay is telling me that category does not come with a money back guarantee and that I should contact the seller.
What gives? How can I get my money back? It's almost as if Ebay is facilitating scams on its platform.
