item in watch list vanished. Looked at it this morning, now gone 5 hours later. Why? Thanks for any help!

Sold or ended? Or revised by the seller to sell something else?

Inadvertently deleted from your Watch List when you were trying to delete something else?

If not, perhaps eBay removed the listing for a policy violation.

It was hours from being sold. No selling revision was listed by the seller. Not deleted from my watch list, because about a day later, it appeared on my watch list, and was listed as sold. This is a woman's dress, nothing weird, strange,  or especially rare to even be considered as a policy violation. Not a high ticket item either.  Next time will have to bookmark stuff that I want to bid on.
