Does anyone else lose sales because eBay won't let your customers request a total because eBay won't let you discount the merchandise and the shipping as well.  Bogus policy cost me a couple hundred this weekend.

@bunnyeatingeorge. If removing the shipping is not enough of a discount then you just relist as a Buy It Now at the agreed on price.      I know that's an extra step but it's worked well for me.
