how do shipping fees work if the item is offered for sale in the US and Europe and Canada

@macart6   I see that you are using eBay International Shipping Program for the Fly Rod you sold in March.  

 

The knife doesn't have eBay International Shipping Program offered on it since it is a restricted item in many countries.  

 

The way the fees work when you ship internationally using the EIS program is the same as domestic.  You pay the eBay fees on the total the buyer pays.   When you use the EIS program you don't pay the extra 1.65% fee that would be due for international shipping if YOU shipped directly to the buyer.

 

I recommend changing your blocked countries to ALLOW all countries in account settings since you are signed up for the EIS program.  Your job is done once the item safely reaches the US forwarding hub so there's no need to worry about shipping to ANY country.
