impossible to pay for an item

Hello everybody,

I ordered 2 items from a seller living in the U.S. and whose official Ebay site says he doesn't ship outside the States.

But we had an agreement and he accepted exeptionnally to send the goods to Europe.

As it comes to payment, it seems impossible - not a problem with my wallet. Ebay apparently refuses the transaction for my address not being American. A message appears:

"We noticed a problem. Please review: your items." and:

"This seller didn't include shipping costs to your location. Please contact the seller or change your address"

Solution : moving to Palm Beach or Malibu!
