iS EBAY BLOCKING US TO GET THROUGH

I need help. I received a return back from a ) feedback person and the item has been altered and is now unusable.

 

I had it I thought as no returns - and it is said no return in the posting --I think my listing got changed during the changeover so ebay auto-accepted the return with buyer pays shipping.

 

I had a feeling I would have an issue so I opened the package under video camera.

 

I am a small seller and I had decided when this return came through that if there was a problem with the merchandise (there most certainly is as I suspected) that I would not eat it.  I'm not the type to threaten but I have said to myself and others that if it came to it --I would cancel my accounts because I'm done --I am not going to accept this.

 

Well, I wanted to call ebay --I am a top rated seller and there is no button to call and it says in red that calls are taking longer than expected.  I go to the system status page and all is well --nothing reported.

 

So is ebay blocking us from contacting them?
