You would need to start the closing of your account. It takes several weeks for it to close completely when you've had a recent transaction. You can begin the closure here:

That said, have you tried to make things right with the buyer so that they might be willing to revise the feedback? [You seem to be reacting in haste to receiving the bad feedback.] You have 30 days from the time the feedback was left to send the buyer a Feedback Revision Request. [You should NOT send the buyer the FRR until the buyer has agreed to revise it, since sellers have only 5 to send per year.]
