why  because of 2 o3 defects 4-5 months ago (never have ever before 20 yrs) does ebay put as a below standard  seller rating. since i've been perfect since march.  what sense does  it make to limit the number of items i can sell.  that cost them and me sales.  why have feedback if does not count.

Feedback is an opinion of the transaction from a buyer. Defects are performance issues relating to eBay policy.
