Hi, have you asked the seller if they shipped it? Their handling time is "usually ships in 2 business days". How do you know it hasn't been shipped? The seller is not required to mark it shipped or provide a tracking number. Rather than worry about whether or not it has been shipped, wait for the latest delivery estimate provided by ebay. You can open an item not recieved case if you don't recieve the controller after the latest delivery estimate.
