i have sold an item and the ebay global shipping is not sending an invoice and no way to reach ebay

cannot reach ebay about why they are not invoicing an item that is global shipping

@dk3456   The buyer is sent an invoice from eBay for Global Shipping Program purchases.  Are you saying that the buyer didn't receive one?   Did they say they didn't, or have they just not paid? 

What is the item#?  Is the buyer's country on the list of countries that the item can ship to?
