i have been victim of fraud

ordered metroid dread special edition for $150, item was supposed to ship on october but the seller dont answer anymore and deactivate the ebay account. is there something i can do to get my money back?

When did you buy the item? Go to your purchase history - see if you can select I didn’t receive it under more actions and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to respond, to either provide tracking that shows delivery or to send you a refund. If he doesn't send a refund and you still don't have your item, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in’.

 

If not, and you paid through a paypal account, open a not received dispute there - you have 180 days.

 

If you paid directly with a credit card, call you card issuer and ask them to open a not received dispute for you.
