Ebay allows sellers to create PL campaigns that will auto-detect listings which meet the criteria set. There may have been, at one point, where on had been created for your seller account.

Following page will let you find all active Promoted Listings campaigns:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ads/dashboard/campaigns?status=ACTIVE&program=PL 

Take a look, and Pause them as necessary to ensure your listings do not get tagged automatically.
