If you received a message from ebay to verify your bank account, can you click on that link and upload what they want? If there is no message, you can trey the following. Go to
Seller Hub > Payments > Payout settings
Click on the EDIT option for the bank account. If you are presented with a list of banks, scroll to the very end and click the link that states your bank is not listed. Now you will enter the routing number and then checking account number.
