Why pay eBay fees to show your item to the world, when in reality, your buyer is within driving distance?
Save the fees, the wait to see if they want a refund, and, the possibility of a credit card chargeback, and sell it locally for cash.
If you must list it, do not offer shipping. Use local pickup only.
