First, the selling category must support variations.
If it does, and you do not see the "variations" option in the listing form, you may need to turn on the option. Do so by clicking the triple dots at the top of the form and selecting the gear icon for settings.
If the category supports variations, you should be able to turn on the feature, otherwise, you may not see that option listed in settings.
The category on the left, below, does not support variations.
On the right, variations are supported and you will find that section below the Item Specifics.
Creating multi-variations on the new listing tool is the same as it was on the older Business listing tool, so you can follow older instructions that were provided for the Business lister, such as those found here:
