Hi @wildmagicforest 

-Go to your Active list and at the top of the list will be a Send offers eligible balloon, click that.

-A new list will appear for ONLY the items that qualify for you to send unsolicited offers on.

-The Send offer link is on the left, click that, type a message and enter the Offer.

-You will NOT know who the offers are going to but they will be sent to ALL members who are set up to receive them (typically part or all of the Watchers on your item(s)).

-You can review the offers you sent via the Sent offers balloon above the Active list
