The quickest way to delete lots of items from your cart may be to use the eBay app and swipe each item to the left to delete each one.

You'll see an option to remove any item you merely added to your cart. It's located next to the item on the right.

You will not be able to remove items you won in an auction, that had an accepted best offer, or that you added to your cart by clicking Buy It Now. Those items must be paid for.
