I am selling fabric. The listing is for 1 yard. The buyer wants 5 yards. I emailed her what the cost would be.
She wants an updated invoice. I tried to 'Send an Offer' but it won't let me do it.
I don't see anywhere to send an invoice for this particular item on my seller hub.
Any help would be most appreciated.
Thank you

I would suggest revising the listing. The price is X per yard, with a quantity of X number available. The buyer can then select 5 quantity.
You cannot send an invoice until after a purchase is made.

Why don't you have a quantity listed if you have more than one yard available? Then buyer can just order the quantity they want and be invoice appropriately.
In other words if say you have 15 yards available you list the quantity as 15, and that each yard costs say $5. Then buyer can select 5 yards and be invoiced $25., plus shipping. Shipping can be set so first yard costs say $9., and each additional yard say costs $1., extra.
