I have sent messages to the seller concerning an address change very soon after purchase advising them of new address. This new address has been used by them on last two purchases. The label was created on 11/10/@ 1:11 pm and scanned for delivery next day, 11/11 @7:59pm, and still no reply message from seller. The address item is being sent to is in northern Maine but; the address I am at is Florida. How can I get this pkg redirected to Florida? The seller has been no help due to no messages from them. Help

Sellers are advised to ship only to the address submitted by the buyer at checkout. If the buyer has another address in mind, the seller should cancel and refund, and ask the buyer to repurchase with the correct address. Make sure your eBay ship-to address is updated in your account settings:

If sent by mail, and if you have recently provided the post office with a temporary or permanent change of address, the item should be redirected to your Florida address.
For the other carriers, they may allow you to redirect your items if you create a carrier account for doing so.
