As a new seller on eBay, my account was recently suspended due to bad buyer experiences. One buyer received a defective item, and two others left neutral feedback after their orders were canceled. I was unaware that these actions could lead to such severe consequences.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and am committed to improving my practices. My eBay account is crucial for my livelihood, as I rely on it to sell products from my home and local market to support my family.
Could anyone provide guidance on the necessary steps to reactivate my account? What additional information or documentation might eBay require to resolve this issue? I am eager to rectify the situation and continue selling on eBay responsibly.

What did you think was going to happen when you cancelled transactions? When you list an item for sale on ebay you entered into a contract to complete the sale by shipping the item to the buyer. When you violate the contract more than once, of course ebay will take action.
If a buyer receives a defective item you have to make good on it and send them a return shipping label, at your cost, or get ebay to provide one for you, if it was an international sale. You have to reimburse ebay for the cost of the return shipping, even if it was more than you paid to ship the item.
