how to print return label

Need to send return shipping label to buyer.  It's not giving me an option.

The buyer has to open a return request as 'item doesn't match description' - then when you accept the return, you will have the option to have eBay provide a return label (or you can provide your own).

Thank you, I did that but the buyer said he did not receive the Label and I am unable to find a place to resend it.  Any ideas?

He should be able to see and print the label by going to the return. You can't see it - only the buyer can see it.
