how to print a return label when it will not print

I bought an item from a seller that was not exactly honest. So we agreed to return the item and I will get my refund. But when I try to print a return label nothing happens it will not print ???

What is the problem ???

@umka53   Make sure that you have adobe PDF reader installed and set as the default and not your browsers built in PDF reader.

If that doesn't work then select contact us from the bottom of the linked page> I don't see item> type AGENT>  then you will have the option to chat with or get a call back from an agent.  Ask them to email you a copy of the label
