Many sellers don't accept returns yet also refuse to answer questions aimed at ensuring the product being sold (e.g., an article of clothing) will fit the buyer. These sellers simply don't respond. How do you make it worth their while to answer your question, and if they still refuse to reply, how do you report on them?

Many sellers don't accept returns yet also refuse to answer questions aimed at ensuring the product being sold (e.g., an article of clothing) will fit the buyer. These sellers simply don't respond.
Find another seller that provides the necessary information or that is willing to answer your questions to purchase from.
If enough buyers do that, responsive sellers will make more money and non-responsive sellers will make less, providing the proper incentive to encourage all sellers to be more responsive.
