how to get the return label when it was purchased as guest?

Trying to print the return label for an item purchased as guest. Seller sent email with return label  to Comcast account but cannot get the return label attachment to open since it wants an Ebay account. I created a new Ebay account but the return label fails to open when I use that new Ebay account.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, so for help with a guest purchase you must either sign out of your current eBay account or open the email link in a private or incognito browser window.

Guest purchases cannot be merged with an account nor can you leave Feedback on them but you are still covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
