How do I get my old messages from other buyers from 2 to 3 years ago. I would like to get a copy of a receipt that was sent to me in my messages from the person I purchased from but I can t see my old messages anymore

If you have your messages from members forwarded to an email address, check your email archives.

eBay only keeps a certain number of recent messages in your inbox.

It is possible to request some eBay data from your account by date range, including some message information, here:

Reports generally take a week to be generated, then you must use the link to download the report within one week or the report expires.
