It depends on how you paid for your shipping.
If you were paid through managed payments all year, and you paid for shipping form your payouts, run a transaction report selecting shipping labels. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/report
If you paid through paypal, go there and run an activity report.
If you were paid through paypal and used ups or fedex that was billed to your seller account, review your monthly invoices from eBay for those charges. You should print a copy of your invoices for your tax records anyway.
