I ordered an item and when ebay contacted me it was shipped, I realized I ordered a cd instead if a lp vinyl. I tried to cancel the order but I am new at this. Anyway, I received the item but it is not anywhere that I could find it on ebay site so, I could send it back. If the seller had the vinyl I would trade cd back along with the extra cost. But I can't even find the item I purchased anywhere on ebay. The other item I bought is all good. I want to keep it. So how do I contact the seller or what is the route I should take to remedy this?
