I accepted offer price after reading help section on combining shipping as we discussed combining prior to accepting
Now there's no lever or trigger allowing me to change to combining the shipping cost
the way I read the help was I could go in and select the items sold, put the new shipping cost and invoice. I don't get any option to enter a new ship cost
please HELP
