Can anyone please explain how to combine shipping fees? Recently a buyer emailed me that they are interested in two of my selling items and asking to combine shipping. I am willing to do it, except their may be a box size or weight change. If buyer gets both items, do i refund any shipping change after payment? Is this the best way to do this?
