how to change shipping address on global shipping package

Can't figure out how to change the address for a global shipping package. The buyers address shown under the shipping details is not where the buyer wants it shippied.

In order to keep seller protection, you are required to ship it to the address provided at the time of payment.

If the buyer wants their final delivery address in their country changed, you would have to cancel the order and relist again for the buyer to check out with the correct address.

It can't be changed after the fact.

All items shipped through the Global Shipping Program have the following address for our Hub in Erlanger, KY:

1850 Airport Exchange Blvd
Suite 100
Erlanger, KY 41018

The label will contain this address and the unique package ORE number that is associated with the international shipment. Once the item arrives at the GSP Hub, it will be re-labeled with the final mile destination address and customs forms will be produced for clearance.
