@complicated44 You can accomplish this two ways.
One select pending payouts to pay for your shipping labels. If there is not enough available funds to cover the labels it comes out of your checking account.
Two, you can keep a zero cash balance in your PayPal account and use a debit card to take the funds out of your bank account. Personally, I use a credit card for my back up payment method in PayPal for labels when pending funds are not enough.
