how to change phone number or email

1. when I go to my account section to add/change the phone, there is no "Edit" next to either one of this. How to change the phone?

2. Can you order an item and request to send to a different address, when I want to buy for my sister?

1.  I'm seeing it on both email and phone # on My eBay: Account: Personal Information.   It is all the way to the right, so you might have to scroll horizontally (look for a scroll bar at the bottom of your browser window) to see them.

2.  You can set any valid address where the seller ships to when you checkout.  You cannot change it after you pay (or pre-authorize payment when making an offer or bid--you need to change it then on the confirm bid/offer screen).
