Hi @fridayard 

Go to My eBay > Account > Payments ... and add the new credit card to your account.  Make it your Preferred/Default payment source.

[You probably will NOT be able to remove your other card if you've used it to pay for recent transactions, since it will need to be available should you need to be refunded.]

To change at checkout add a new card or select a different option in the "Pay with" section at the top of the checkout screen.
