how to call ebay support for help

Please is there another number or a direct number to contact eBay customer support team on the phone.

The virtual help can not answer my question? This two numbers is not getting me an agent to speak with direct .

There currently is no number to reach eBay's CS team directly. 

You have to use the 'Contact Us' link to request a call back ... OR contact eBay from social media:

Members have posted that using social media reaches the most knowledgeable CS reps.  

BTW, you can try asking your question here before trying to reach eBay.  It's usually not necessary to speak to anyone at eBay to solve a problem.  Someone here can let you know whether that applies in your case.
