I made offer to seller for a bluetooth speaker that was eligible for 2-year Allstate protection plan.  Seller accepted my offer, though there was no option in the "offer" window where I made the offer to include the plan if/when my offer was accepted.  After seller accepted the offer, the payment was automatically processed by ebay and I've not been able to retroactively add the desired protection plan to the item.  And, of course, there is no guidance or customer service available from ebay.

After checkout, you can still purchase it from the payment confirmation page or through your post-purchase reminder email. If you are not seeing wither option their contact information is on the page.
