how long until tracking is available

i placed an order on the 16th its been 3 days and no tracking has been provided. ive ordered many items in the past and most have had tracking within 72 hours. the issue that bothers me the most is the seller hasnt sold any items, no reviews, and when you enter the sellers page its over 10 pages of items. oh it also say they sold 23 items...confusing...

@dmcc3452  Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days.  Never expect an item sooner than the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing.

If your package is late arriving this is what you do to receive a refund:

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.  
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
