how long to get my voided shipping refund

How long does it take to get a refund on a FedEx purchased shipping label that I voided 5 min after buying. I did this on 1/22 and today is 1/30.

@quick_16.  The postal carrier has your money and they have to make sure that the label is not used.

The refund can take 3 to 4 weeks.
