how long do you give someone to pay you??

This is my first time so I unsure here- how long do I give someone to pay me? It has been 3 days, I have sent them 3 messages, and I have sent another invoice- now what do i do?

3 days is long enough. You can now proceed to file an unpaid item claim.  Here's the Help page about what to do when a buyer doesn't pay:
