how long do i have to wait for return label?

it is my first time to return an item i bought from ebay. i got this "Wait to receive a return label". just wonder how long usually one has to wait for the return label. for amazon, it is instant.

Assuming the seller accepts returns or the item was not as described, if you don't receive a return label within 3 days, go back to the return and ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
