how do you get a translator on ebay

I received a package from the Chinese seller that had something totally different than what I bought. At his request, I sent a picture of what I received.  Now he says that my product was delivered because the tracking number shows that it was delivered.  He doesn't seem to understand that what was delivered isn't what I purchased.  Is there a way to get a translator on ebay?

You can message the seller with a translation you create at

However, all you really need to do is open a "doesn't match the description" request in your purchase history.  The seller will be required to provide a return label.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Unfortunately, the items no longer in my purchase history. It's actually four items. I started the process as "I did not receive my item."   Even though I explained that I received a totally different item and sent a picture to the seller, the seller has only responded to ebay that it was delivered.

If you paid through Pay Pal, you can open a case with them for 180 days or contact your credit card.

Be sure to file as not as described and not as item not received.
