If you mean eBay messages, there should be a link to switch between formats.
In the eBay app there should be a "Classic view" link in the upper right.
In the desktop version of the message inbox, there should be a "Classic view" link right after your feedback number in the upper right corner of the page.
If you see "Try it now" instead you are currently viewing the "classic" version of messages.
