we are trying to return a defective box set of the Fugitive TV show and we are getting nowhere how do you reach an actual EBay agent to report a dispute? ? ?

Hello there, the seller does not accept returns for this set and has ignored our messages. The problem is the DVD box set was described as 'like new' and it has 3 defective discs so far with tiling and freezing up etc. we requested a refund but cannot reach anyone besides the chat bot assistant thing. We should be able to get a full refund. This DVD set was falsely described!
