how do i request an invoice for a purchase?

i’m making a claim to JBL for some defect headphones and they’ve requested a copy of the invoice for the purchase i made through eBay.

how do i go about acquiring an invoice for my purchase? i can’t find a button for this anywhere online.

eBay does not create typical invoices. Your best purchase receipt is your order details page - it has all of the needed info. View the order details,  then click printer friendly to print a page without the ads and other noise.
